outsourced this activity in the newly founded DERECO Fund Services GmbH.
DERECO Fund Services develops indirect real estate investments as “private placements”
either on an independent basis or in collaboration with other institutions. These economically
structured funds focus on the investors’ individual requirements and expectations. When
implementing tailor-made fund solutions, DERECO Fund Services combines two essential
success factors: well-established real estate expertise and extensive expert knowledge in
structuring closed-end funds.
