January 2007 | Dutch investor buys homes

The Dutch private investor, Jan A. de Boer, has bought a nursing home project in Velbert
(near Cologne) with an area of approximately 5,200 sq m from Hochtief Construction,
Düsseldorf. The start of building work is planned for the spring. De Boer acquired another
nursing home in Velbert with an area of 7,300 sq m last March. The total volume of the two
transactions is 23 million euros. Degen Consulting, Cologne, acted as brokers.
