Dr. Hesse has already sold Dehne complex - "Not a corporate raider"
The City-Residenz in
Massener Straße will become part of a property portfolio immediately after completion.
The project developer, Dr. Ulrike Hesse, has sold the complex to the Dutch property company
Gogh B.V. for 17 million euros. "No need to worry about corporate raiders!", says Tassu Martin
Degen. The business consultancy with its headquarters in Cologne arranged the multi-million
euro deal in the summer. Degen, the managing director, told our newspaper that contacts had
already been in existence. "We have already advised Dr. Hesse & Partner in other projects."
According to Degen, "The most dominant building project is currently under development in
Massener Straße". The consulting company has announced the successful sale to the Dutch on
its website. It goes on to say there that "In addition to reputable tenants and operators, the pro-
perty is characterised by the superbly tailored architecture in the town centre. The decisive factors
for the Dutch investors were a roof terrace with a restaurant in the interior (...) and high-quality
