November 2007 | Degen sells new building project in Unna pedestrian precinct

The Dutch property company Gogh B.V. has acquired the dominant new building project in Unna
town centre for its German property portfolio. The seller was a project company of Dr. Hesse &
Partner from Dortmund. Degen Real-Estate Consulting was involved in an advisory and mediatory
capacity.

In conjunction with the architect's office Degener from Dortmund, the development agency, Dr. Hesse
& Partner, which has already been advised by Degen in other projects, has developed one of the
most dominant building projects in the Massener Straße section of the pedestrian precinct. The
City-Residenz-Unna will be constructed directly in the pedestrian precinct and will include 80
high-grade sheltered apartments for senior citizens, an underground car park and businesses
and retail units over 4 floors and an area of approx. 13,000 sq m.
