will be handed over ready for occupancy and completely let out by Dr. Hesse & Partner and
the architect's office Degener, Dortmund. The sales volume was approx. € 17 million. Cons-
truction work will probably start at the beginning of 2008 and is scheduled to be completed
in the spring of 2009.
