August 2007 | Dutch capital fund company has acquired the former post-office building in Herne

The Dutch capital fund company Europan Real Estate Funds has acquired the former post-office
building in Herne for approx. 3 million euros for its EREF II capital fund through a private investor.
Amongst others, the main tenants of the property at Bebel-Straße 20, which has an area of
approx. 3,000 sq m, are the Postbank, DHL and Deutsche Annington. Degen Real-Estate
Consulting, Cologne, acted in an advisory capacity.
