The scope and quality of the consulting services offered by DEGEN Consulting for holdings as well as
in the acquisition and selling of real-estate investments through exclusive and trust mandates have
been steadily increasing in recent years. In addition to this, the working relationship with property
owners, sellers and investors has become more and more personal and closer.

Apart from the pure acquisition of property and investors, DEGEN Consulting has become more active
in offering advice to its clients about their holdings in the meantime. In this respect, the optimization,
restructuring and extension of the holdings are constantly being reviewed and worked on. The cur-
rent holdings are analysed for their risks and opportunities and reserves in the assets are looked for
using a detailed status analysis, in order to develop revitalization and development concepts,
amongst other things. If a client wishes to sell, DEGEN prepares an individual marketing concept
and places the respective property on the international investment market via exclusive mandates.
