In the course of the restructurisation of the company, DEGEN Real Estate Consulting based in
Cologne will also be expanding its field of operation in the future. Apart from branching out into
international markets, over the past few years it has intensified its cooperation with companies
specialising in the initiation of funds and shareholding opportunities.

The company will continue its activities in classical consultation services for private and institu-
tional investors, sellers and owners in the real estate investments sector and in future will be
intensifying its acquisition and conception operations within the framework of the initiation of
closed-end real estate funds and investment holdings for private and institutional customers.
For the initiation of private placements the enterprise will be concentrating mainly on investors
from the Benelux countries. So far only investments in the German investment market are planned.
