March 2010 I Expansion of DERECO Real Estate‘s business sectors

Besides increasing its personnel and office area this year, DERECO Real Estate from Cologne
will be expanding its business activities to include the sector of regional marketing for
apartment buildings and investment properties in the Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf region.
Properties in the residential and commercial sector with a volume between five hundred thousand
euros and approx three million euros will then be acquired and marketed by a separate subsidiary.
This sector has become necessary because of the steadily increasing client base in this region that
is already being advised by DERECO Real Estate in other investment matters. Larger and supra-
regional investment transactions will still be supported and marketed directly by DERECO Real Estate
Consulting as a core business with a reinforced team.
