March 2010 I Expansion of DERECO Real Estate‘s business sectors

In future, an additional business sector will be the sector for the evaluation and supply of individual
market information. In this connection, DERECO Real Estate offers various market participants surveys
that fulfil the national and international evaluation standards on the basis of the specific quality
stipulations as laid down in DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Under the business sector of funds, the initiation and conception of investment opportunities and
closed-end funds in the private placement sector will be expanded further for individual customers and,
in future, will also include fund administration and asset management by DERECO Real Estate.
Furthermore, the exclusive consultation of fund initiators in the sector of property acquisition, due
diligence processes and the procurement of external financing will continue to be extended.
