The HOHE NEUN is a modern office tower about 48 metres in height offering approx. 13,000 sqm of gross floor space in NEUE UFER – a spot evolving highly dynamically in the trendy district of Neukölln. One of the neighbouring projects underway is Estrel-Tower, an extension of the renowned Estrel-Hotel; with this new addition, the hotel will boast approx. 2,000 rooms, plus the existing adjacent congress centre will be enlarged to cover a surface of approx. 33,000 sqm. The area can be easily reached by public transport such as the circular line of Berlin’s light railway, Sonnenallee station and several bus stops being within walking distance.
